Who Can Enter:

• Employees of Midwest Kia or its affiliates and the immediate family members of those employees are ineligible.

How You’ll Enter:

• Pictures will be taken on the Midwest Kia Showroom Floor by a MWK Employee.

• Eligible photos must be submitted between March 9, 2019 and March 23, 2019 between 9 am and 8 pm M-F.

Judging

• MWK will post your photo directly to the Midwest Kia Facebook page – not your personal Facebook page, in order for the entry to count.

• Votes are counted as such.

  • 25 pts for each share

  • 1 pt for each like

  • The photo with the most points as of 6 pm Saturday March 23, 2019 will be declared the winner.

Rules & Guidelines:

• One entry per person.

• Photos need to remain tasteful; anything deemed otherwise may not be eligible for voting. Midwest Kia reserves the right not to allow a photo through if, in its sole discretion, is deemed inappropriate.

• In the case of a tie. The winner(s) will be selected by judges appointed for the purpose by Midwest Kia. Their decision is final.

• Midwest Kia reserves the right not to select winners if, in its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.

• Sponsors are not responsible for error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry, winner or other contest information by Sponsor or entrants for any reason whatsoever. Sponsors are also not responsible  for any injury or damage to any entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any materials in the contest or for entries that are late, misdirected or incomplete.
