Our goal is to ensure employee & public safety by working to disinfect all customer touchpoints hourly. We also have disinfecting wipes & spray at all customer workstations so they may be sanitized when you choose.

Following guidelines from trusted sources, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), we’re taking comprehensive measures to ensure that our dealerships remain a safe environment and our team is ready to serve you and your families.

Midwest Kia has a comprehensive cleaning and sanitation protocols in place for our facilities, including our service departments.  We are performing additional sterilizations to maintain a safe environment. Our goal is to disinfect and sanitize all customer touch areas every hour.  Hand sanitizer and wipes are provided for customer and associate use.

All dealership employees experiencing flu-like symptoms are asked to work remotely or remain home.  We have canceled all traveling for the training of our associates. In its place, we are increasing the use of remote communication technologies.
