Teaser Image of Niro Hybrid Utility Vehicle Released By Kia

Next month, Kia plans to introduce the world to the all-new Niro Hybrid Utility Vehicle (HUV) when it makes its world debut at the 2016 Chicago Auto Show. While fans and car enthusiasts alike await the official unveiling of this innovative new vehicle the brand has recently released a new teaser photo that provides a glimpse at what we can expect in terms of the build and design. Overall, Kia was aiming to create a vehicle that would provide customers with many of the traditional elements of an SUV, but with a higher level of luxury in the overall design.

A few of the key design and performance features of the Niro include a new downsized gasoline-electric hybrid powertrain that achieves a sub-90 g/km CO2 emissions rating, raised rear haunches, a slimmer character line and rear windows, high-mounted LED taillights, and muscular wheel arches.
